Job Title: Assistant Store Leader

The Assistant Store Leader is a key member of the David Yurman team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our luxury retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Coach and mentor sales professionals to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean, safe, and secure environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
