About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sakura Distributors Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
