Job Title: Travel Agency Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team at MULTI CULTURE TRAVEL WORLD LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency, ensuring that all aspects of our business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, and managing staff and assigning duties.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our travel services and products.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the tourism industry.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in word processing software, project management software, and spreadsheet software.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people, including contractors.
