Job Title: Travel Agency Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team at MULTI CULTURE TRAVEL WORLD LTD.

Job Summary:

The Travel Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, assigning duties, and evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the tourism industry.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Word processing software, project management software, spreadsheet, and MS Outlook.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask.
