Job Title: Travel Agency Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team at MULTI CULTURE TRAVEL WORLD LTD.

Job Summary:

The Travel Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, assigning duties, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Word processing software, project management software, spreadsheet, MS Outlook.
Work Environment:

The Travel Agency Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
