About the Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our Canadian operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely payment of open invoices, reducing past due and days outstanding, and providing exceptional customer service to our retail and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records to ensure timely and effective collection efforts.
  • Review and resolve deduction claims, ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-up with customers and internal departments.
  • Provide timely and effective communication with customers, external departments, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Analyze and reconcile variances, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of credits, collections, and deductions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and deduction resolution, with a strong background in customer service and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
