Safe Software is seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors, staff, and clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting guests, managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling phone calls, and providing general support to the office. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, screen messages, and provide information as required.
  • Oversee the receipt, sorting, and distribution of daily mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate outgoing postal mail, courier, and package shipments both domestically and internationally.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Your Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
