Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant contacts or service areas.

Providing Information and Support

You will provide accurate and timely information to clients and the public, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Office Administration

You will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining work records and logs, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Communication and Scheduling

Requirements

Experience
