Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and payroll programs.
- Lead the design and implementation of compensation structures, including job architecture, salary management, and pay equity analysis.
- Drive the development of corporate-wide compensation programs, ensuring external competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the management of benefits programs, including pension, health and wellness initiatives, and flexible benefits plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver total rewards initiatives, ensuring operational effectiveness and maintaining effective communication channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in HR total reward related roles, with a strong background in compensation and benefits.
- Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRL) designation or equivalent.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing total rewards strategies, with a focus on business outcomes and market competitiveness.
