The Director of Total Rewards Strategy plays a critical role in shaping the organization's compensation and benefits philosophy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and payroll programs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation structures, including job architecture, salary management, and pay equity analysis.
  • Drive the development of corporate-wide compensation programs, ensuring external competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of benefits programs, including pension, health and wellness initiatives, and flexible benefits plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver total rewards initiatives, ensuring operational effectiveness and maintaining effective communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR total reward related roles, with a strong background in compensation and benefits.
