Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Lightmo Logistics Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Train or arrange for training for delivery drivers
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
