Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Lightmo Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of goods and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimize logistics operations.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) is required.
  • Valid driver's licence is necessary.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure are essential.
