Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and compliant work environment.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative Support: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations and identify potential risks to the organization.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective results.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
