About the Role

OlympicConstruction Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and compliant work environment.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations and identify potential risks to the organization.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective results.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
