Le CN recherche un chef de projet de maintenance ferroviaire pour rejoindre son équipe de maintenance des locomotives. Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des activités de maintenance des locomotives, y compris la planification, la coordination et le suivi des travaux de maintenance.

Responsabilités

  • Planification et coordination
    • Planifier et coordonner les travaux de maintenance des locomotives en fonction des besoins et des priorités
    • Travailler avec les équipes de maintenance pour s'assurer que les travaux sont réalisés dans les délais et dans les normes
  • Gestion des ressources
    • Gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires pour réaliser les travaux de maintenance
    • Assurer que les équipements et les outils nécessaires sont disponibles et en bon état
  • Contrôle qualité
    • Assurer que les travaux de maintenance sont réalisés dans les normes et selon les procédures établies
    • Effectuer des inspections régulières pour s'assurer que les locomotives sont en bon état
  • Communication
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance, les ingénieurs et les autres parties prenantes pour s'assurer que les travaux sont réalisés dans les délais et dans les normes
    • Communiquer régulièrement avec les équipes de maintenance pour s'assurer que les travaux sont réalisés comme prévu
  • Autres responsabilités
    • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes comme nécessité

  • Compétences techniques
    • Connaissance approfondie de la maintenance des locomotives et des procédures établies

Conditions de travail

Ce poste est basé dans un atelier de maintenance ferroviaire et nécessite une grande mobilité. Le candidat sélectionné devra être en mesure de travailler dans un environnement bruyant et de s'adapter à des horaires variables.
