Fleet Care Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Records Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Record Management: Develop and implement effective record-keeping systems to ensure accurate and timely storage and retrieval of records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to record-keeping and data protection.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve goals, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to record-keeping and compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
