About the Role

Fleet Care Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Record-Keeping Systems: Design and maintain efficient record-keeping systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and coordinating meetings.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all records and documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage Workload: Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
