Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure that our team is adequately staffed.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Train Staff: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is adequately stocked.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Delivery of Food Trolleys: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
