We are seeking high-level security team members who possess Marine Transportation Security Clearance (MTSC) to work in and around Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-visibility patrols of assigned areas on foot and in vehicles
  • Ensure the security and safety of personnel, visitors, and the general public
  • Respond to incidents such as theft, trespassing, vandalism, and fire
  • Monitor property access control and investigate security breaches
  • Enforce client policies and communicate with law enforcement and emergency services
  • Perform concierge and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Valid Security Workers License in the Province of BC
  • MTSC - Marine Transportation Security Clearance (Government Security clearance)
  • Class 5 BC Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • OFA 1 or higher is an asset
  • AST (Advanced Security Training) license is an asset
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Fluent command of the English language
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills in sensitive situations
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Smart phone with a data plan on a major carrier (1Gig of data use reimbursed monthly)
