About the Role

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the workforce for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize network availability and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule commissioning of new sites according to the implementation schedule.
  • Test new wireless cellular products/technology in collaboration with the Access Engineering team.
  • Coordinate Field RF measurements and Data collection in support of the Radio Network Optimization Process.
  • Audit site acceptance for the wireless cellular access network.
  • Manage repair and return, warranties, equipment calibration and other operational issues.
  • Participate and plan OH&S meetings and training requirements.
Requirements
  • Electrical/Electronics Degree and/or Technologist Diploma and 5+ Years experience in related field.
  • Managing a technical workforce including 24/7 outage response.
  • People skills and management, interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills (5+ years): Strong MS Office Suite experience, Power BI an asset.
  • Technical document writing.
  • Understanding of AC electrical circuits.
  • Foundational knowledge of IP networking.
