Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our organization as President & Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and community impact in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization's strategic direction and vision
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, employees, and community partners
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital platforms and innovations to stay competitive
  • Foster a high-performance culture and lead a team of senior managers
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in a digital, retail, or consumer goods environment
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. commerce, marketing, finance) and a graduate degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with a proven track record of cultivating strong teams and a high-performance culture
