Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as President & Chief Executive Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of executives and staff
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and decision-making
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Atlantic Lottery remains competitive and relevant
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in a digital, retail, or consumer goods environment
  • Proven track record of leading change and driving business growth
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with a focus on customer experience and innovation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset
