Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our organization as President and Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and community impact in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization's strategic direction and vision
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, employees, and community partners
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in a digital, retail, or consumer goods environment
  • Proven track record of leading change and driving business growth
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset
