Senior Strategic Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strategic relationships with our most important clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, qualification, and presentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their business needs and delivering value.
  • Liaise between the field and Global Accounts teams to pursue new agreements and increase customer wallet-share.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate customer activity, opportunity status, and strategic plan progress to management.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must be located in the Greater Vancouver area.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience as a strategic account manager of large account portfolios.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • History of success maintaining and developing key relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
