Position Overview

The Executive Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our establishment. This position is crucial for ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort environment, where the pace is fast and the expectations are high.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their teams.
  • Conduct inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
  • Manage staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and departmental policies.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms necessary for housekeeping operations.
  • Coordinate in-house laundry services and manage schedules for housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
