Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our team at Paladin Security in Edmonton City Centre. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and dispatch security personnel to incidents as required
  • Monitor CCTV systems and provide support to security agents responding to calls
  • Provide detailed documentation of activity and escalate incidents to management as necessary
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and information on incidents
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the dispatch center
Requirements
  • Previous dispatch experience is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Education and Certifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or training in security or dispatch operations are an asset.
