Job Summary

Cintas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a set customer base, growing the route by selling additional products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day.
  • Lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts.
  • Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving.
  • Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Hold a High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
  • Have a positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit.
