Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and calculate charges
  • Maintain financial records, including cash reports and balance sheets
  • Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Assist guests with special requirements
  • Make wake-up calls for guests as requested
  • Conduct light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
