Job Title: Field Service Technician

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is a leading solution provider for power management, electro-mechanical, and rotating assets. We serve a wide range of industries, including power generation, utilities, water and wastewater, petrochemicals, air separation, oil & gas, metals, mining, paper, aggregates, and cement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform service, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Inspect and test various equipment, including electrical tests using portable electronic equipment.
  • Install/Remove AC and DC electric motors, laser align equipment, and perform precision measurements.
  • Clean electro-mechanical equipment using bead blasting, ice blasting, and solvent cleaning.
  • Ensure a professional environment and complete assigned work in compliance with operative policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Experienced Millwright with 5 to 10 years of AC/DC motor experience.
  • PdMA testing experience preferred.
  • Level 2 Vibration Analysis preferred.
  • Proficient at alignments and on-site balancing.
  • Proficient at sleeve bearing seating and inspection.
  • Bentley system experience considered a plus.
  • Proxy probe installation experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precise execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and apply strong analytical problem-solving dynamics.
  • Strong customer focus with professional communication.
  • Available and willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as required.
