About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Contract Administration
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts and contractual agreements
    • Manage and administer contracts, including changes and revisions
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Construction Specialization
    • Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects

    • Project management, with a focus on construction and development
