About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Contract Administration
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
    • Manage contract changes, revisions, and additions
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to team members and clients
  • Construction Specialization
    • Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction experience
  • Area of Specialization
    • Project management with a focus on construction
