Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EGGSMART RATHBURN EATERY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Staff Supervision: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and a positive dining experience.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking.
