Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at Sabwa Foods Product and Packaging Inc. as Bakery Production Associates. This role involves various tasks in a fast-paced bakery environment, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and handling protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ingredient Management: Accurately measure and transfer ingredients into mixing and grinding machines.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and support during operations.
  • Product Handling: Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack products into bags and boxes.
  • Machine Operation: Assist in feeding and unloading processing machines as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging for quality assurance.
  • Support Duties: Aid process control and machine operators in their tasks.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas.
Work Environment

The position requires working in a cold and damp environment typical of a bakery setting. Candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Capability to bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding atmosphere.
