Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at TIM HORTONS. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet production demands
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet quality standards
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products to meet established standards
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements- 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Fluency in English
