Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All For You Trucking ltd.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including the planning and organization of transportation services, tracking and completing work orders, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and organize transportation services, including the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Track and complete work orders, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and ensure transport compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in transportation logistics or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
