Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All For You Trucking ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, planning and organizing transportation services, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize transportation services, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and goods
  • Track and complete work orders, and maintain work records and logs
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports, and ensure transport compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in logistics or transportation, an asset
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
