Position Overview:
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Assurance Program.
  • Integrate quality methodologies into daily operations.
  • Conduct inspections of production materials for defects, making necessary corrections or removing non-conforming items.
  • Report any defects to the relevant supervisor or manager.
  • Champion quality achievement and performance enhancement throughout the organization.
  • Complete and uphold quality control documentation, including monitoring and recording key quality indicators.
  • Ensure adherence to all components of the company Quality System, focusing on product safety, regulatory compliance, and consistency.
  • Provide training and support to plant personnel to foster quality awareness and a commitment to zero defects.
  • Ensure effective application of food safety principles and legal standards.
  • Monitor temperatures in production areas and maintain proper sanitizer levels.
  • Assist production supervisors in ensuring proper traceability is upheld.
  • Support the execution and analysis of shelf life testing.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completion of Secondary Education.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
