Sales Director

We are a global hospitality leader, and we're looking for a talented Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our Sales department and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all Sales department activities to ensure exceptional service standards are met.
- Lead Sales Colleagues to achieve individual goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage key account relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of hotel experience, with at least 5 years of management experience in Sales.
- Formal education in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing Sales teams.
