Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Director of Sales in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer literacy and experience with sales and marketing software
