Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at 6383255 Manitoba Ltd. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, interpreting welding process specifications, and repairing defective or damaged metal and wood components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure high-quality welds
  • Repair defective or damaged metal and wood components using various welding techniques
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut metal parts
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
