About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to meet industry standards.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate and repair heavy metal components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and repair.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Determine the weldability of various materials, including steel, iron, and heavy metals.
Work Environment

As a Welder at Sahib Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding.
  • Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and odorous environment.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
