Project Manager for Land Development and Municipal Engineering

WSP is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Kitchener, with flexible office locations available. Our team is a collaborative and close-knit group that prides itself on its long-standing relationships and expertise in land development and municipal engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and clients, to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in land development and municipal engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project and Asana.
