Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Land Development and Municipal Engineering (LDME) team in Southwest Ontario. This role will be based in our Kitchener office and involve hybrid flexible office locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development and municipal engineering, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the LDME team in Southwest Ontario
• Ensure efficient project delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in land development and municipal engineering
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
