Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Operations Center Analyst to join our team at Prevalent - Third-Party Risk Management. As a Risk Operations Center Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering information security controls evidence from third-party vendors on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online information risk surveys to our clients' third-party vendors, including monitoring, technical support, and final provisioning of reviewed results
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to ensure a seamless evidence collection experience for both clients and vendors
- Develop a basic understanding of software application structure and software development lifecycles to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders
- Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and follow basic troubleshooting steps to resolve issues
- Manage multiple parallel work streams using basic project management and documentation skills
- Work under pressure with tight deadlines to deliver superior service to our clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in information risk management, preferably in a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Business Administration, or Risk Management (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g. CTPRP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, CISA)
