Key Responsibilities:- Analyze incoming security events from various data sources, including network, endpoint, and log data.
- Conduct quality reviews of outgoing tickets, security engagements, and system-level improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and marketing, to drive security initiatives.
- Develop and maintain expertise in two or more areas, including networking, SaaS, and scripting tools.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure the security operations center remains effective.
- 1+ years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a security operations center or incident response team.
- Deep technical knowledge of networking, SaaS, and scripting tools, including Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on security and customer satisfaction.
