We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at SANDUGO BISTRO INC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Determine food portion sizes and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours
