Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Management
- Determine the optimal size of food portions and costs to maintain profitability.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet the demands of our menu.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance and Organization
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Leadership and Teamwork
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in the culinary industry is an asset.
