Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Management
    • Determine the optimal size of food portions and costs to maintain profitability.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet the demands of our menu.
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance and Organization
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
    • Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
