Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at CIMA Canada Inc. As a Civil Engineer - Site Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising site development projects, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Create site development plans, taking into account technical, environmental, and regulatory aspects.
- Site Supervision: Oversee work in the field and ensure site follow-up, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and submit technical documents to relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Resource Management: Manage resources and budget allocated to site development projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: Significant previous experience in the design and management of site development projects.
- Skills: Advanced skills in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) and site modeling software, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Teamwork and Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage several projects simultaneously.
