Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising site development projects, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Design and develop site development plans, taking into account technical, environmental, and regulatory aspects.
- Site Supervision: Supervise work in the field and ensure site follow-up.
- Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Documentation and Approvals: Prepare and submit the necessary technical documents to the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits and approvals.
- Resource Management: Manage resources and budget allocated to site development projects.
- Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Significant previous experience in the design and management of site development projects.
- Skills: Advanced skills in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) and site modeling software.
- Teamwork and Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
