Job Title: Secured Collections Operations Head

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the secured collections operations for home and auto loans at Metrobank. This includes ensuring that strategies and collection activities are conducted in accordance with performance and productivity standards and are within guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive and sustain improvement in secured collections operations.
  2. Monitor the effectiveness of collection activities and ensure adherence to existing collection policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to achieve collection goals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in secured collections operations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business or a related field.
  2. At least 5-8 years of experience in secured collections, with a strong background in credit and risk management.
  3. Knowledge of bank and secured/consumer loans processes and systems is highly desirable.
  4. Experience in collections system and vendor management is an advantage.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position that requires 100% onsite work at Metrobank's Metropark office in Pasay City.
