About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving positive customer interactions and experiences, while also contributing to the overall success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with store leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and development
  • Support store operations with a creative and adaptable approach
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage with customers through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
