Job Title: Store Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic mail, and spreadsheet software.

The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
